Seal Cotton

Something bizarre or shocking that would provoke a WTF response. The origin of this phrase is the French phrase "ouate de phoque," which translates as "seal cotton," but sounds remarkably like "what the fuck."

-Wasn't the Kikkoman Soy Sauce video the weirdest thing you've ever seen?
