The programmer we hired is a total certificate merchant: he has an AWS Associates certificate but he has never touched AWS in his life. He's currently studying for Google one too.

Get the Beef Certificatemug. A fraudulent birth certificate for the sole purpose to be allowed to play youth sports at a much older age. This usually extends into high school, when a fat, overweight 22 year old plays against 17-18 year olds.
Parent 1 - “hey, that kid has a full beard and a neck tattoo!”
