“How are you doing?”
“Good.”
In this situation, “good” can mean any of the last 3 meanings above.
It cannot mean “Positiveness” as if it did, the above exchange would be grammatically incorrect (the correct usage would be “well”).
An example of “Positiveness” is:
“Who’s a good boy?”
Or
“Who’s a good girl?”
This in fact is the only correct usage of the positive “good”. This is because the only good in this world comes from dogs and other pets.

Get the You are a good person mug.Something a team from LA would do naturally, especially at a time they were more desperate than usual. They know Tampa Bay doesnt have the sizable film/TV/music/media/entertainment industry of LA, so they might think of a team from Tampa Bay as suckers for good acting.
Don't put it past a team from LA to use good acting at opportune times. Especially if they think they're smarter than a team that plays baseball out in the sticks.
