Vertical Planking

To vertical plank, to hang from a ledge/bar or any other things able to be gripped with the hand. Using only your hands, hang in a complete vertical position, elevating, as if standing. The higher/more dangerous the plank, the more skilled the plank.

Verticornicus

Verticornicus /vɝtɪˈkɔrnɪkəs/

In medical terms, the region known as the Verticornicus is the area that encompasses the pubic region. Generally distinguished by hair lines and/or tan lines. This region is known to swell dramatically when specific types of hair dye are applied.

The application of significant force to this region is highly inadvisable no matter the gender.
