If you love someone a lot, more blood will enter your heart boner; often times if you start to sweat, feel light headed and basically start having a heart attack, it is likely that you are around someone you love, or you are having a heart attack. It is hard to distinguish the two, and in some cases they happen simultaneously. This is a serious problem on wedding days, as in some cultures it is the first time someone has sex, and if they have a boner in two areas, then their brain malfunctions because of oxygen loss, and the woman often ends up with the male ejaculating while inside, dropping dead, and then, since it is dead, all of it's feces leaving it's body.
