Platos Closet

An outdated thrift store from the 2000's that thinks they're still relevant in today's decade. The employees there are usually ratchet or white trash girls that have no style at all and they're rude. They try too hard to look trendy but almost all of their clothes are designer jeans and old stuff from hollister because that's what they take. They wont take anything a woman in her 30s or over would wear but only teen clothing. For pricing, they'll buy your clothes for super cheap and then sell them for $10 more at the store.

*girl I just sold all my old ass true religions and Abercrombie sweaters to Platos Closet and they only gave me $35 for all of it. The hell?

Plutes

Plutes means obsolete or unimportant. Like the (former) planet pluto that, according to astronomists is not important enough to be a planet.

Plutes refers to something that, at one time, may have been considered significant but no longer is.

The words "plutes" is thought to have originated in Spokane, WA and quickly spread throughout the northwest and the rest of the United States. According to current statistics, plutes is not yet being used outside the US.

Kim Kardashian's idea of marriage is totes plutes.

Pleather pants, although cool in the early 2000's, are far too plutes to be worn today.

Pluton

proper noun. (Ploo'-tun) also (Ploo'-tahn); A member of a proposed category of planetoids (Plutons) being politicized by pseudoscientist geocentrist committee members of the International Astronomical Union in a conspiracy to eventually strip Pluto of Planetary status. Etymology from vulgar Latin, Pluton, the Roman equivalent of Hades, and still contemporary name of the ninth planet in Spanish.

Recently, Caltech scientists believed they had discovered larger Plutons than Pluto itself. Three of the largest Plutons are pending names though have been informally christened Xena, Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny. Desk astronomers are working 9-5 a decision of whether they are "planets" or simply Plutons - and whether a Pluton is a planet or not.
