This noun refers to a woman, who is described as being the village door knob, for everyone has had a turn. She is a woman who places her vag before her kids, and a personified gold digger. Essentially just that one girl in town, who everyone knows her, and is ashamed how they know her.

"Yo man where is y'all's DD. Our Designated Drivers? Nah man, y'all's Designated Desiree!"
