Issues similar to mommy issues or daddy issues, but specifically an attraction to those who show affection in an overly polite way, and who show affection using acts of service. (One of the five love languages.) Many people with butler issues have had trauma regarding others lacking kindness or doing things for them. An attraction to gloves or hands is also often found in many people with butler issues. An attraction to elegant fashion, especially suits or tuxedos, is also usually prevalent.

She had clear butler issues, since the only mildly attractive thing about him was the way he did things for her at her beck and call.
