1. the day after pill. Nicknamed thus, because getting a girl pregnant or having unprotected sex may be considered uncool and "gay".

2. a metaphorical pill which is taken after having sexual relations "by mistake" with a person of the same sex.

Greg: you mean "the gay after pill".

2. Jerry: dude, I can't believe that I blew that guy. I was so drunk. I think I need "the gay after pill".
