When you are a total jerk, super obnoxious, or just an asshole, but it's okay because people love you anyway due to the charm, or sass, you exude with said terrible behavior.

"Ugh, look at that girl. Why do so many people like that bitch?"

Abundance of attitude and/or sass. Impertinent, inappropriate/ out of place timings/actions/remarks. Unseemly intrusion into what does not concern one, or a presumptuous rudeness, an impertinent interruption, question, manner toward a superior.
