In our neighborhoods we had the Black panther movement and in n another entities like NAACP whom advocated for our nation known as the African Americans another form of slavery and bondage and other by words they labeled us under we were and to protect our community from the modern day slavery and hatred of different nationalities and higher powers or law enforcement it was started as a community looking for a resolution always in progress of keeping our community safe
It started as a movement to protect our neighborhoods/neighborhood from Injustice that is facts of a history of the minorities and what better way to break a nation people to wipe away there identity a House divided will not stand kill the head in the body will follow it wasn't till drugs to be specific crack cocaine and corruption was planted in our neighborhoods to cause division at this point for the Love of money the poison was sold from our people to our own people that's when the real true meaning of crips changed from community resolution progress to black on black crime we were plotted wisely against and then it became territorial advocate which is the reason why our kids today battle awwof territories for the Love of money through drugs

Get the Cripmug. A loosely organized set whose entire operation, influence, and reputation begins and ends at the apartment complex they call home. For some reason these types of sets always want to be Crips. They are typically self declared Crips but can be type of any set whose influence, activity, and public persona rarely extends beyond the gates of their apartment complex. These are individuals or groups who rep the set hard online typically posting selfies in their living room or hallway while never actually stepping foot in the streets.
• Geographically loyal: Won’t leave the complex unless it’s for a court date or a corner store run and even then, only if it’s walking distance.
• Not street verified: Other gangs often don’t recognize Apartment Crips as legitimate sets, viewing them more as hobbyists or hallway hall monitors with blue flags.
• High talk, low travel: Known for deep Instagram captions and shallow territorial range.
