Scatological Management

A (IT) management out of business reality, leaving from past and trying to prolong it as most as possible, hardly adopting a new model, not able to keep talented people. It can be used in a larger sense for defining at all the management quality in any organization, grasping the past not being able to innovate and adopt.
- Our business model has became a "dinosaurs", cloud is hitting hard, and our scatological management is not able to adopt to a new model.

A position where you're continuously chasing credit for your stolen efforts , stuck between a sleeping manager and a greedy stakeholder who wants the wheel to keep turning without fueling it .
A person so tired and exhausted that he turns dump and burned out by two weeks .
A worker to his supervisor : sir, we have a colleague who can't piss !!

The supervisor : call the operations manager and piss on him .. he will help !! .

Someone that controls documents on all levels within the workplace. They are a very important part of the company where as without their existence, the company also would not exist.

Highly recognized role in the Document Industry. It has been referred to as the most important and respected position of all.
I manage high volumes of documents on a daily basis. My job title is Documentation Manager.

An antipode of a good specialist.

Usually Effective Manager is high placed guy in business who knows EBITDA, ROMI, BPMN 2.0, OLAP and many other scary words. But in general the only thing this guy want - to get salary by simulating "growing effectiveness of the business" as long as possible.

Effective manager usually miss company's values.
1. Hey. Month ago we got a new effective manager. Now we lost 45% of employees, 20% of our audience and got a lot of negative reputation in social media.
2. Effective manager: "Our goal is effective working on tasks and constant increase of effectiveness".
