The act of ignoring a movie that will be in theaters because you know it will be on some streaming service sooner than later.

The movie didn't do as well as projected because of mass audience stream shrugging. We'll see better numbers from home viewers later.

Heevee Scrug

A loud shout (sometimes a muffled moan) of utter disappointment which one makes after failing to climb a set of stairs with their pants down around their ankles.

Finally, he submitted to gravity, and with a heevee scrug, rolled passively down the stairs like a sack of potatoes.
