A fart which is ripped while pulling the leg as high as you can holding it by the back of the knee, and letting the rest of the leg hang. This resembles an elephant trunk. Also, this position creates a sound that is like an elephants yell.

An act of fisting, in which the the fister has unusually large hands and puts a large portion of both of their arms into he fistee, and the fistee leans forward makign elephant sounds.

Named because it looks like when someone is birthing an elephant baby, and they have to really reach in there to get it.
