When a certain individual (usually male) gets hyped about something, makes false promises, and says he'll go through with it, but in the end does nothing at all.

Brandon wanted to make a youtube channel and said he had all of the ideas. He never told his friends any and claimed the channel was going nowhere. He was Pulling a Brandon while being Brandon.

Pulled a Gandalf

Making sure someone will not succeed or pass.

My teacher pulled a Gandalf today when he gave out a quiz that I surely "shall not pass".

The car in the other lane next to me pulled a Gandalf for about 2 miles. He made sure I wouldn't be able to pass.

Bob: Damn, that girl at the end of the bar is looking fine, I think I'm going to try and make a pass at her.
Charles: No way man, she pulled a Gandalf already on 3 other guys who tried me make a pass at her tonight.

Question: Why didn't the chicken cross the road?
Answer: Gandalf

Pulling a nick

When one forgets to wear a belt and proceeds to have their pants fall down to far to be socially acceptable. Usually followed by others yelling at the individual to pull their pants up.

While he was running, the boys pants fell so low that everyone around could see his boxers, causing other to call out "Nick, stop pulling a nick"!
