Occurs when a person cups a hand over his anus, passes gas, closes his fist, and immediately cups his hand over the nose and mouth of another person. This is best accomplished as a sneak attack.

e.g. at a charity event where 850 santas will be running across a start line it doesnt help to have large puddles everywhere, hence 'can you have a go at dry cupping near the start line please' (charity event manager).
