This codgasm can be achieved in situations ranging from, but not limited to, eliminating an entire team in Search & Destroy by yourself, or carrying your team through an entire level by yourself (the higher the level the more intense the codgasm. After round 30, the codgasm becomes so intense that people often lose several pounds from the excreted fluids.)
