You might get anxiety, but think about it this way. When your like, 70 years old, do you wanna look back on your life and be like, "I wish I asked that person out" or, "I wish I wasn't on my phone for most of my life", "I wish I wasn't always thinking negatively, then maybe I could have lived a better life". No ones alone in this world, but the only way to change your life, is if YOU do something about it.
