A theoretical framework proposing that the laws of physics possess the inherent capacity to transform—that transformability is itself a fundamental property of physical law. This theory goes beyond the observation that laws can transform to claim that laws are transformations—that what we call a "law" is actually a rule for how things change, and that these rules themselves can change according to meta-rules. A young teenager who saw an article online about wood fracking decided to try and replicate it. He connected the microwave oven transformer up as seen in the article, but forgot to isolate himself properly and the ground outside was damp. He was electrocuted and died.
