Term for someone who is unable to keep things in order, despite their hardest efforts. Generally applied to someone who leads or manages people. This phrase references how kittens tend to want to go/do whatever they want and are unable to be kept under control when in a group.

A female residing in or native to lower peninsula Michigan that likes to spend her time doing things that will result in getting dirty and having fun. (Ex. Mudding, dirt biking, dune riding, tractor driving, moonlit dinners in a field or the woods, beach napping, hiking) Mitten kittens can do all this and look gorgeous doing it.
