Like when a dog sees a naked man and thinks "it's" a hot dog. You must "nick nack patty wack" inorder to get away. Then you give a dog a bone.

When one use's their ball sack to degrade somethings reputation or value such as food or a bad test. Includes a two motion slap, down then up. Single slap is formally know as the sackity wackity.
