The act of managing a group of high tech workers for the express purpose of finding cause to fire them so the department can be "off-shored" to India.
Favorite tactics include destroying loyal employees reputations while building moral events around activities that divide the group.

Willis is trying to make sure she or her new hubby don't get fired by pushing dots and jerkin' chicken so that everyone else gets fired.

Chickens come home to roost

This expression is similar to "what goes around, comes around" and basically means that the consequences of one's evil actions catch up in a negative way. The idea that a wrongful curse comes back to the one who curses as a "bird returns to its nest" dates back to the days of antiquity. However, it wasn't until the 19th Century that Robert Southey wrote that "curses are like a young chicken: they always come home to roost." Since then, the idea of evil men creating returns to their own door has been encapsulated in this expression.

Dude, you keep dealing drugs and you're going to get caught. When the chickens come home to roost, they will take your car, your house, and all your money!

Grilled Chicken Thigh Halal

The iconic Grilled Chicken Thigh Halal is a common staple of Penn State dining. Everyday, cheerful students walk in one of many of Penn State's commons and come out grim-faced. That's when you know they were grilled chicken thigh halaled. Why? It is not only obsessively re-served over other foods that dining knows students enjoy far more over the poor chickens which probably were not even slaughtered halal-style, it also just does not taste good. Eating cardboard with salt and pepper is more preferable to Grilled Chicken Thigh Halal.

The Grilled Chicken Thigh Halal is a perfect example of one man's trash, another man's trash. To feed the Grilled Chicken Thigh Halal to anyone is essentially the equivalent of wishing them a terrible life.

If you see the Grilled Chicken Thigh Halal, run, and keep your mouth closed. Before you know it, you have a giant chicken thigh inside your throat.

Freshman: "What the hell is this sad compostable pile of shit?"
Senior: "Oh, that's the Grilled Chicken Thigh Halal. We don't talk about the Grilled Chicken Thigh Halal."
Freshman: "Why do they serve it?"
Senior: "Beats me. I'm not gonna miss it when I graduate."
