the b in b-boy stands for Break, in the 70's when there was a 'break' in a song (which is when there is no vocalisation and just the rhythem) that was when the dancers would get down and do thier thing, the boys that danced on the 'break' were called b-boy same for the girls 'b-girl'

Boy Arms

The nickname given to people, generally white boys, who are not hard enough to take part in hardcore activities that are likely to cause them physical or sexual pain, and therefore are like small boys and are weaker than grown men.

The name can be revoked and a new nickname, typically 'Manly', can be given, if the "boy" gathers the courage to take part in hardcore activity.

Boy1: You can't call me boy arms any more.

boying life

To 'boy life' is to generally be a boy about something, usually a specific action that fails miserably. To understand this term, you must first understand what 'being a boy' is: to 'be a boy' is not only to act in an immature manner, but to be generally unsuccessful at something or to to do something in such a way that it seems you have little experience of it. If you are 'boying life' then you are in the process of being a boy. The term implies that you have a dysfunctional method that you choose to live your life by, and is the cause of your failures. It is a fairly serious cuss or gun but is often recieved as a humerous statement.
