A man who in 2001 started wearing a superman costume and stood at an intersection in Saint Cloud, MN, to 'protect' Saint Cloud. Along with the Superman costume, he held a large American flag. He could be seen doing this for 20 years.
In 2015 he was seen waving a confederate flag on St. Cloud State University's campus while using hate speech which led the campus to pursue legal action against him.
To this day, you can see him driving around Saint-Cloud in a pickup truck decked out with Trump stickers and flags. He is known to start arguments with locals, and people are advised not to acknowledge him as he can be aggressive.
