Guy 2: Yeah man, he does 7 gram rocks and lives with porn stars.

Origin: Charlie Sheen- A term created to contradict the accusations of having Bipolar Disorder, in which he described his condition as "winning here, and winning there."
This term may be used by sane, moral human individuals to describe, with much dismay, the undeserved success of someone who is clearly a bad person or completely insane that might find him/herself winning over masses of people or just receiving great general success in life despite these qualities. Generally stated as a joke, but with serious implications of misgiving of humanity.

--- Adolf Hitler was bi-winning for quite some time as he climbed the political ladder of Germany, and the world had no idea what was in store for them.
--- J., an American Idol contestant, has reached the top five. He has great support from the country and especially the relatively small city he comes from and as he tells the misfortunes of his life he gains more sympathy and support. Those who knew him personally from said town know that he as done many terrible things and has used the same methods to escape consequences of his actions by gaining sympathy. J. is bi-winning.
