Most mayo dicks feel EMS is the only public service that should be funded by municipalities. A mayo dick will typically be white and jiggly and have done the bare minimum when it comes to exercise. You can often times find a mayo dick sitting with their feet up in a lazy chair getting off to the shows Trauma, Live Fire or night watch.
