Preps are usually wealthy and well off, they wear nice, expensive clothes because they can afford it, they vacation often, & they live the "privileged life". A few common brands preps wear are:

Preps clothing style is Clean cut, polished, & classic. Preps are NOT trendy, they do not follow trends, and they don't wear cheap brands. Just because someone is preppy doesn't mean their parents or others family members are too. Preppy is not just a style, it's a life style.
