Then thrusting this hand formation forward quickly so as to place a stamp. This stamp is bestowed upon those who willfully exhibit weak and otherwise un-manly or "pussy" actions

A bottom stamp is a sarcastic phrase referring to factious or metaphorical marking that would mean that person is obviously or at least a stereotypical bottom (someone that prefers to take the submissive role in sex or being gay the one that enjoys anal penetrated).

The aim of bingo stamping is to stamp someone five times anywhere on the face with the final stamp being inserted in the mouth, where the bingo stamper shouts BINGO!
