Wooli is term that bites off the hit series "Rick and Morty" in particular to the word "squanch". It is a modern adaptation of saying meaningless things that pertain to the emotion and "squanch" behind them. It was derived from 2 brain cells playing patty cake deep in the caves of California's salt mines.
John: What was Rohandra doing at the movies when he said he had COVID?
Tabitha: Dunno, sounds like a Stinky Wooli.
John: Where's the bread? I could've sworn I had 2 pieces left.
Tabitha: Wooli!!!

Best known for the record "Who Do You Love" in 1967 and for being choosen by Chuck Berry as his backing band for many years including the Berry album "San Francisco Blues" recorded at the Woolies studio in Michigan in 1971. The Woolies (in their prime years 1968 to 1976) were brothers Bob and Jeff Baldori, Bill "Bee" Metros and Jack "Zocho" Groendahl. Bob continues to play under the name Boogie Bob and sometimes as the Woolies, although without the original members.

Slang term for testicles. More than likely it is an unshaven, unkempt, not manscaped pair of testicles. Hence the wooly.
