Reverse Vanguard

Lenin argued that the working class needed guidance from a group of educated, politically aware leaders, consisting of intellectuals and revolutionaries who understood the complexities of politics and economics, could create a clear revolutionary strategy, and ensure the working class aimed for systemic change rather than small reforms. The vanguard's role was to lead and elevate the workers' struggle to achieve revolutionary goals.

The reverse vanguard is how the CIA realized they can use a covert neoliberal ideology disguised as equity to infiltrate these communities and soviets by making sure the people who would dismantle the revolution would be the “least historically privileged” thereby forcing anyone with expertise to not take up space, while mostly scabs, or emotional labor prostitutes, did the most talking.
