Someone who is a disgusting cretin. An absolute cunt of a creature. A fucking disgrace on humanity. This word is one of the highest (not in a good way) insults you can bestow upon a person. It is equivalent to calling someone a goddamn fascist neo-nazi. This insult is only to be used to describe someone who is an absolutely pathetic wank or piece of shit, the lowest of the low.

n. Puppyface, otherwise known as P-face is a complete tool. He has no respect for anyone who has a vagina. He smokes all day and it entirely too skinny for his own good. In addition, he is grouchy, to say the least, because he isn't getting any action...not with girls or boys... and probably will not be getting any kind of action anytime soon... or even later.
