Meknashe is a nickname given to an individual who is very cheap. It can also be a synonym for cheap, miser, and cheapskate. Unofficaly the king of al Meknashes is Almog, if one where to visit Almog's house in Israel he would not give you tapwater to drink because according to Almog water is very expensive.
