a name used to describe girls that look like/act like the models that pose on cars/in car magazines. the word lowrider, however, does not always mean that the girl is hot. most of the time the word is used to describe her character (she would seem like one to do that sort of thing).
--a new word for either fine or slutty

fine: "Man, did you see that dress cindy had on yesterday?"
--"I know she is fine, what a lowrider."

slutty: "That swimsuit that Mandy had on yesterday was so slutty/cheesy John even said he hated it"
--"I know she looked like she was ready to climb on top a hood of a car"
"She kinda did look like a lowrider."
