Wrestlers

Wrestlers are by definition the most physically tough, mentally determined and, perhaps, the most insane athletes ever. The true wrestler respects all their fellows, on and off the mat. We know struggle, defeat, victory, hunger, longing, grit, strength, weakness, endless training, sweat, even more sweat, pain, refusal, submission. It is these things that drive us, no more, no less.

Pure love for our sport that no one understands, and quiet acceptance that our sport has, and will forever out last all others.

Spectator: Wow that athlete is amazing.

Coach: Yes, he has the heart and soul of a wrestler. All the other wrestlers look up to him.

Wrestler's Boner

When two males are wrestling and one has the sudden urge to erect his penis in the midst of grappling.

Tyrome was grappling Thomas during the wrestling match when all of a sudden, Thomas's Wrestler's Boner surprised Tyrome and Thomas got on top of him for a submission.

Bear Wrestler

A somewhat burly man of average or taller than average height with lots of facial and body hair whom is also very cuddly and kissable, but also whom will not hesitate to kick your man's ass if he got out of line. Can usually be found attired in either a flannel shirt or a t-shirt with some sort of character on it, or sometimes a combination of both. Likes beef jerky, NASCAR races and homebrewed beer.

My man's a bear wrestler. I feel so safe when he's around; not to mention, warm, too.
