/k/ is the weapons board of 4chan. People from around the internet post pictures and have discussions about guns, knives, swords, and other military things like camouflage and vehicles. There are also cool stories of gun users and sometimes there are gun range meetups.

The most annoying and infuriating way of saying "okay" or "alright". Usually accompanied by a period (k.) and often the only thing said for one person's part of a conversation. Often used by people in text conversations who are too damn lazy to type out the entire word. It's very indirect and nondescript, you can't tell how someone feels about something if they just say "k."

Don't do it. It's annoying.

Jimmie: Hey, is it cool if Johnnie comes with me tonight?
Craig: k.
Jimmie: ... what the fuck does "k" mean?

the eleventh letter of the alphabet and the most annoying letter to receive by text message. which if someone texts you only saying "k" it usually means that person has no interest whatsoever and could really care less.
