A term used to describe a person who is madly, wonderfully, deliriously in love with someone else. Can be used in a congratulatory sense or perhaps as a mild chastisement and warning.

noun; someone who attends or formally attended William Smith College (of Hobart and William Smith) and displays qualities stereotypical to that school, i.e. wearing of pearls, pastels, or Lilly brand clothing; driving a cherokee; getting drunk on cocktails; implying having come from "old" money or being related to a Kennedy; calling all girls sweetie.
