smitten kitten

A term used to describe a person who is madly, wonderfully, deliriously in love with someone else. Can be used in a congratulatory sense or perhaps as a mild chastisement and warning.

"Wow, you're one smitten kitten!"

"Watch it Bill, you're getting to be a smitten kitten!"
