Sackhead

Somebody who is deceptive, ignorant or otherwise unpleasantly cunning. Not a friendly, jovial term, a Sackhead is very much similar to a dickhead, in which said person is claimed to have a penis, or in this case a (Nut)'Sack' upon their head.

Comes from the work “Smacked” as in waisted, drug, or not sober.

Someone who is always under the influence of a controlled substance. Also another name for a drug abuser.

That kid is always under the influence of something. Cannot ever stay sober. Such a Shmackhead

smackhead

The local druggie, zombie like in appearance but less intelligent. Addicted to the drug known Heroin or ''brown'', common in ex pit villages in the north of England.

Smackheads are generally scummy people who deserve no sympathy, will put the well being of their own children to get their fix. They will lie, cheat, steal use and abuse well meaning people such as family and friends to get there next fix.

Mick the smackhead was injecting heroin again while his kids starve because they have no food.
