This is a trick play used by the Southern Grits to defeat the Mid-Atlantic Region for the 2018 4th Quarter game. When this phrase is spoke, it has been known to elicit feelings of internal confidence, extreme domination and victory. The feeling becomes contagious to all who hear it.
