When a particular male is deemed by an observer to be more arousing than one or several other males (possibly including the observer himself), that male is said to be "mogging" the others.
It is a term exclusively used by some homosexual males who are not yet out. When they become overwhelmed by how much other men arouse them, they are compelled to rank them by sexual appeal as a way of processing their feelings.

an enlightened feeling one feels during a marijuana buzz, often causing the person to drift off into their own world whilst in mid-conversation.
