Lutz

A small city outside of Tampa and an awkwardly named place Land o Lakes. This small town is some what of a mystery as are the people in it. The people from here usually go by the name of Devin or Dean and are usually hated by most people. You will no doubt know they are from this soar thumb of a place by how loud they are.
