It’s term has originated on the outer parts of the West Midlands, has been heard on the inner depths of Telford.

The term usually refers to someone who goes to restaurants without any intention of buying there own food, cannot afford there own food, so instead waits for others to finish theirs and eats the leftovers of others.

“Flippin eck man look at that jippo can’t even buy his own food!”

Look at that bald guy just eating food of peoples plates! What a jippo.
