Someone who constantly ignores (iggy's) people in chatrooms and IRC, usually followed by informing the person of their being iggy'd. Yahoo chatters with programs like YElite and YTunnel are the worst offenders as those programs automatically spit out some digital garbage like "user, you just got ass canned in t3h hiz0uze biznatch yo yo yo! 1337 yidiots got theysawves CANNED yo yo yo!"

An Indian Gangster Wannabe. Heaps Roam around New Zealand. They get angry easily.

I answer the phone. Igger on the other line:
Me: Hello
Igger: Sup is mum there? in a deep scary voice
Me: Uh... no she's gone out
Igger: Uh where did she go?
Me: If I knew I would have told you?
Igger gets angry: DON'T FUCKING LIE! WHERE THE FUCK IS SHE, BITCH?
Me: Ahh... please calm down. And she is out.
Igger: DON'T FUCKING LIE! YOU COCK SUCKER
I hang up.
Igger rings back and same things happen until I un hook the phone.
