Homestuck Day

A worldwide fan celebration day happening on April 13th, also known as 413 or HSDay. Is the conmemoration of the day on which Adrew Hussie, creator of Homestuck , posted the first page of the webcomic on MSPaintAdventures in 2009. The day is known by Homestuck fans as the day on which, if you are a homestucker (strong follower of the comic), you have to cosplay and talk about Homestuck as much as possible. This means going outdoors, or to fan conventions, reunions which usually concludes with a massive internet traffic consumption, mostly on tumblr.

It has to be added that some fans might celebrate HSDay on a random day for no reason.

Hey, tomorrow is March 14th, it's Homestuck Day.

Great, I'm going to start working on my Karkat cosplay.

There's a lot of new Homestuck posts on tumblr.

Must be Homestuck Day.

Homestuck day

April 13th. aka the day you'll see a shit ton of homestuckers run through the streets completely naked in homestuck cosplay yelling quotes of the characters they're cosplaying of.

example 1:
guy 1: what are these dudes' deal? why are they yelling "honk honk" and "nyaw nyaw nyaw" and "chalk chalk chalk chalk"?
guy 2: oh, they're just yelling that cause it's homestuck day so they will act homestucky and yell quotes of the characters they like

example 2:

guy 1: DUDE! It's april 13th!!
guy 2: REALLY??? WOO NOW LETS COSPLAY AS KARKAT VANTAS AND GAMZEE MAKARA YELL GIBBERISH STUFF!
guy 1: YESSSSSSSS!
