Family Floor Style

The process of "preparing" food by dropping it on the floor before consumption.
Unlike the five second rule, there is no time limit for when the food may be eaten and contact with the floor is intended to improve the flavor and over all eating experience. Also, while it may appear that the food has been accidentally dropped, people who enjoy a family floor style meal insist the dropping is deliberate.

The diverse blend of various fragments of food, dirt, and hair that can create a very tangy addition to any perfectly good food that accidently or unintentionally hits the floor in the kitchen or pretty much anywhere.

Also called spoondancing or spoongrinding. Goes beyond grinding.
