Strong Cello

The sexual act of a woman (or man) standing behind a naked man, holding him as if he is a cello. One hand would be covering his mouth (in a sort of rapey way), while the other hand gives him a hand job (resembling the bow of the stringed instrument). A plucking motion may also be used to play with or fondle the balls or scrotum at the base of the recipient’s penis.

The only documented case of a man being raped by a handjob was in 1998, when world renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma was on tour in China, and a crazed fan attempted to imitate his work on their male partner in the form of a strong cello.

To be someone nerdy, who plays an instrument that isn't guitar/bass/drums. Cello is just the word always used, even if the instrument isn't a cello.
