Someone who is a spoiled brat, and who only uses his parents’ namesake in order to progress in life. Also a slacker who occasionally indulges in some cocaine fun.

Also alternatively someone who makes losing a habit, and appealing his loss another habit.

You appear to be high again! Stop being such a bongbong!
