A gathering of teenagers, as in a flock of sheep or a gaggle of geese, especially when the teenagers are demanding to be the center of attention by being loud, rude and obnoxious.

I was going to get a coffee but I'll wait until that annoyance of teenagers leaves the store, I can't deal with all the rudeness and posturing.
