He used it here at 5:47 in 'I Will Make the World's Largest Phone Battery' on youtube.

The captions misread him as saying 'alliterate has a channel bull' though.

Wren is a national treasure and any words he makes up are as well.

This battery is very fragile, it's very volatile, and it's very venerous...I was trying to be alliterate..alliterative...alliteratizationable!
