When someone farts, but a little nugget of poop comes out. The nugget 'o poo isn't large enough to qualify as a shit, therefor it is just a sticky fart.
I was trying to fart, and I thought I accidentally pooped myself. Luckily, it wasn't a full poo, just a sticky fart.

Get the Shacky Niggery mug.A game played with a ball or other object with two or more players. The object is thrown up onto a angled surface, such as a roof, by Player 1 (P1), and P2 must catch the object midair and throw it back onto the roof. Then P3. Then P4. and so on. Until P1 plays again. If a player is on the ground when they catch it, miss the ball, or throw the ball over the roof, they lose a point or gain a letter. Rickity Shickity can be scored many ways. HORSE scoring is common. You can also play elimination after a certain number of violations. Also, this game is hilarious to watch when the participants are tipsy or drunk.

1) A food dish which does not exist as far as I know, where Rice, Beans, and other Mexican ingredients are baked and then covered in salsa, and they are sticky.
2) After a Mexican male is done running (most likely from the police) and he cools down a little bit, he will probably have Mexican sticky balls. It takes a little while for their balls to become sticky, because the sweat has to thicken a little bit. Right when they stop their balls are just wet and slippery. Trust me.
